I am what people see when they arrive in our schools. Mine are the eyes they look in to when they are concerned or in need of assistance. Mine is the voice people hear when they call on the phone, when they walk down our halls, when they pick up their children. I am who they hear on their way to a conference that could affect their child's destiny, and the voice they hear after they leave that conference. Mine are the comments people hear when I think they can't. Mine is the intelligence and caring that people hope they'll find here. No parents, no visitors, no students can ever know the real me, the me that I know is there - unless I let them see it. All they know is what they see and here and experience.

and so...we each have a stake in the collective attitudes of everyone who works in Greece Central's schools.
We are judged by my performance.
We are the care I give,
The attention I pay
The Courtesies I extend.
Each Child does belong to all of us.
In fact, they are counting on us.
